In 2015, organizations were beginning to build training simulations, research studies, and consumer experiences in VR and AR. But they had no way to measure what happened inside those environments. Teams were building blind.

Trainers couldn't see where learners hesitated. Researchers couldn't replay what participants actually did. Product teams couldn't prove whether their XR experience worked. The data simply wasn't there.
A new measurement model for immersive experiences
Cognitive3D was founded in Vancouver, Canada to solve this problem from the ground up. We built a platform that captures 3D environments, device inputs, and session activity — then lets teams replay, analyze, and compare behaviour across every XR session.
